Traditional cheesecake can take a lot of time and work to prepare, but these no-bake, single-serving cheesecake pots are incredibly simple to make, and they’re also delicious!

1⁄4 cup (4oz/120g) finely ground walnuts
1⁄3 cup (3oz/90g) full-fat cream cheese
1⁄4 cup (2oz/60g) heavy whipping cream
1⁄4 cup (1oz/30g) keto-friendly vanilla protein powder
3fl oz (90ml) water (about 1⁄3 cup)
1. Evenly divide the ground walnuts across 4 small jars or cups.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, whipping cream, and protein powder. Slowly add the water in small amounts and stir until the texture becomes smooth and creamy but not watery. (The amount of water required may vary depending on the brand of protein powder you’re using.)
3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the walnut base. Cover the pots with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours. Serve chilled. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Tip Using a grass-fed, stevia-sweetened protein powder is ideal but not critical; just make sure the protein powder is keto-friendly.
