By no means is this a traditional mousse recipe, but trust me, you’ll love it! It’s so deliciously fluffy and perfect for a summer night shared with family and friends.

1 cup (8oz/250g) full-fat cream cheese, warmed to room temperature
3 tbsp (0.9oz/25g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1⁄2 large ripe avocado, chopped
1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp confectioners erythritol
1⁄4 cup (2fl oz/60ml) heavy whipping cream
1. Add the cream cheese to a medium bowl and use a hand mixer to beat until smooth.
2. Add the cocoa powder, avocado, vanilla extract, and erythritol. Continue beating until the ingredients are well combined, about 2 to 4 minutes.
3. In separate medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Spoon the mixture into small jars or cups, then transfer to the fridge to chill for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving. Cover the jars with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Tip You can use sugar-free, pre-whipped cream just as long as it’s sugar-free. Try adding a shot of espresso to enhance the flavor of the cocoa powder.
