1 tea bag berry-flavored herbal tea
1⁄2 cup (4 fl oz/115ml) hot water
2 tbsp powdered gelatin
2 tbsp granular erythritol
1. Place the tea bag in the hot water and steep for 2–3 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bag and add the gelatin and erythritol. Stir continuously until the ingredients are completely dissolved.
3. Divide the mixture between 12 equal-sized candy molds, then transfer to the fridge to set for a minimum of 3 hours. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Tip Any fruit-flavored herbal tea, such as mixed berry, black cherry, or strawberry, will work, but you also can experiment with flavors like peppermint or spearmint, or you can use a green tea. (For a keto-friendly jelly, just add 1 additional cup of hot water and refrigerate until set.)
