1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with cumin, salt and pepper.
2 Carefully brush additional oil on grill rack. Place fish on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 5 to 7 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork.
3 Spread one side of each tortilla with sour cream; top with fish, salsa and choice of toppings. Squeeze lime juice over tacos. Serve immediately.
