Parmesan, Asparagus and Mushrooms

Prep Time: 25 Minutes • Start to Finish: 25 Minutes • Makes 4 servings

1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In large shallow dish, toss asparagus, mushrooms and dressing. Place vegetables in grill basket (grill “wok”).

2 Place basket on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook vegetables over medium heat 8 to 12 minutes, shaking basket or stirring vegetables occasionally, until asparagus is crisp-tender. Sprinkle vegetables with basil and cheese. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese is slightly melted.
