You Are the Automotive Technician

A 2017 Chevy Silverado with a 5.3 L engine, comes into your facility with a complaint of a check engine light being on, with a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) of P0030. The customer said that they don’t have any drivability complaints. Rank the following steps according to the order in which they should be explored.

1. Research the code and work through the code diagnostics.
2. Drive the vehicle and verify the customer complaint.
3. Remove and replace the oxygen sensor.
