Once more, I thank my mom, who supports and encourages me, then spends hours reading my work and giving me notes and edits to make Prophecy the best book it can be. I couldn’t do any of it without her.
To my dad, who doesn’t read fiction, but still goes through my novels to give pointers on sports, gambling and whether they’re plausible. He constantly pushes me to be better, and I’m forever grateful.
To my grandfather, who religiously reads my blog, and used to print it out so he could keep a copy. Years ago, I applied to a Creative Writing program and left my portfolio on his desk by accident. When I found it, he had not only read all of my short stories, he gave me notes and advice in the margins. I wouldn’t trade him for the world.
To everyone who helped me finish the book and supported me along the way, you are superstars and I owe you so much. Mommy, Joanna, J.F, Johnny, Kimberlie, 100 Covers…
To everyone who bought Shards of Glass, who read it, who enjoyed it, who made me believe that I could be a writer…THANK YOU. I appreciate it more than you will ever know.
And to Arsen, who is there for me when I have no idea what to write, and believes in me when I doubt myself.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
