Toast with tomato

1 crusty bread stick
6 garlic cloves, halved
3 tomatoes, halved
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Slice the bread stick diagonally and toast the slices very lightly. Rub them on one side with a cut garlic clove, then with half a tomato, squeezing the juice onto the bread. Season with a little salt and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
