She also has more than 7 years’ experience working for the acclaimed Nutrition Action Healthletter, published by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI).
CHRIS FREYTAG, a fitness professional and mother of three teenagers, understands firsthand the challenges of balancing healthy habits with the demands of a busy life. A contributing editor at Prevention magazine and author of Shortcuts to Big Weight Loss, Chris is also the founder of Motivating Bodies, Inc., a fitness coaching program. She has hosted many Prevention Fitness Systems’ DVDs, is on the board of directors for the American Council on Exercise, teaches classes part-time at Life-Time Fitness, and is frequently featured in many magazines, newspapers, and TV shows.
