Island Breakfast Bowl

This is a refreshing and delicious fruit bowl, perfect for a light, energizing start to your day.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1

1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 medium banana, sliced

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein

1/4 cup coconut flakes

1. Set aside 1/4 cup pineapple and 1/4 of sliced banana.

2. Combine all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pour in a medium bowl and top with remaining pineapple and banana before serving.
