INGREDIENTS | SERVES 2
2 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup chopped imitation crab
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 medium avocado, sliced
1 sheet dried seaweed, crumbled
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup pickled sushi ginger (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients except soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Evenly divide mixture into 2 serving bowls.
3. In a separate container, mix soy sauce and vinegar.
