This is a delicious and fresh French-style flatbread with less fat and more flavor than a traditional pizza.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
1 whole French bread baguette
1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
1. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Cut bread in half lengthwise, then cut both halves across, making 4 flatbread portions. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
3. Top each piece with 1/4 cup cheese and broil until cheese is melted and starts to brown.
4. Remove, top with tomato and basil, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve.
