1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 40 small bite-sized pieces
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, pepper, and bread crumbs in a medium bowl and mix well.
3. In a separate medium bowl, combine hot sauce and oil until well blended.
4. Dip chicken pieces in sauce, roll in crumbs, and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
5. Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown, removing halfway through to turn over.
