Chickpea Salad

This quick and easy chickpea salad can be enjoyed on a sandwich, in a wrap, or on top of a salad.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

1 (19-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 stalk celery, chopped

1/2 medium onion, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried dill

1. In a medium bowl mash chickpeas with a fork.

2. Add all other ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate until ready to eat.
