1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 ounces tequila
2 tablespoons lime juice
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Season the shrimp with cumin, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, then add to hot oil and cook about 2 minutes per side.
3. Add tequila and cook another 30–40 seconds. Remove and drizzle with lime juice before serving.
