Lower the Fat with Substitute Ingredients

With recipes that call for traditionally fatty ingredients like sour cream, mayonnaise, or cream cheese, look for low-fat options at the store. You can also substitute fat-free Greek yogurt for sour cream in most recipes. This is a very easy way to lower the calories and fat content without sacrificing all the flavor.
