Pulled-Chicken BBQ Sandwiches

A very easy way to serve shredded chicken. You can use any sauce you like, including barbecue, hot wing sauce, ranch, or whatever else your favorite sauce may be.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1

4 ounces shredded Slow-Cooked Chicken (see recipe in this chapter)

2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (or any other sauce of your choice)

1 whole-wheat hamburger bun

1. In a medium bowl, mix chicken and sauce until chicken is coated completely. (It’s best if chicken is heated.)

2. Place chicken on sandwich bun and serve.
