Gameday Chicken Power Nachos

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1

1 serving whole-grain tortilla chips

3 ounces cooked, shredded chicken

1/4 cup low-fat shredded Mexican blend cheese

2 cups salsa

1/4 cup low-fat sour cream

1. Spread chips on microwavable plate or bowl.

2. Top with chicken and cheese. Heat 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

3. Remove plate from microwave and top with salsa and sour cream.
