INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1. Combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator at least 6 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F.
3. When ready to cook, remove chicken and discard marinade. Roll chicken in bread crumbs on a shallow plate to coat. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken strips are golden brown.
