1 pound extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
1/4 cup oat bran
2 tablespoons low-fat Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
3. Shape mixture into 20 balls.
4. Lay on a lightly oiled 10" × 13" baking pan and bake 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even browning.
