4 medium red potatoes, cut into quarters
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound beef stew meat
1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with liquid
2 cups water
3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
1. Add potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, beef, tomatoes, and water to slow cooker and mix well.
