2 medium oranges, whole
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
1 1/2 pounds sirloin, cut into thin strips
2 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1. In a small bowl, grate zest from 1 orange and squeeze juice from 2 oranges. Add garlic and soy sauce and stir.
2. In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water and add to orange juice bowl.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef strips until browned on all sides and cooked to desired doneness, roughly 6–8 minutes.
4. Set beef aside and pour juice mix into skillet, boiling until juice thickens. Return beef to skillet and add orange segments, green onion, and sesame seeds, tossing well before serving.
