Sweet Potato Fries

4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries

1 tablespoon water

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing until potatoes are well coated. Arrange on a baking sheet.
