Homemade Tortilla Chips

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6

10 medium corn tortillas

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cut tortillas into chip-sized pieces and spread evenly on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

3. Mix lime juice and oil in a small bowl and brush or spray on tortillas, then lightly salt tortillas.

4. Cook 12–14 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway through.
