INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained (reserve liquid in a bowl)
2 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, including 2 tablespoons of reserved bean liquid, and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to a medium bowl and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
