High-Protein Oatmeal Cookies

This cookie recipe brings the carbs and protein with very little fat. The oatmeal also provides fiber, which will help keep you feeling full. These cookies are great for when you need a low-fat, sustained energy boost.

INGREDIENTS | MAKES 12 COOKIES

1 3/4 cups dry oats

4 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup applesauce

1/2 cup egg whites

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon stevia

Dash cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place ingredients in a large bowl and stir.

3. Shape dough into round cookies and spread out on a greased cookie sheet 1" apart.

4. Bake 10–15 minutes, until lightly browned.
