No-Bake Cookie Bites

This is a quick and healthy alternative to chocolate chip cookies, using only five ingredients to make these delicious snacks.

INGREDIENTS | MAKES 8 COOKIES

1 cup dry oats

1 cup raw almonds

10 Medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1. Blend oats and almonds in a food processor until powdered.

2. Add dates and continue to blend until mixed well.

3. Continue to blend while slowly adding water until a thick paste texture forms.

4. Stir in chocolate chips, roll into bite-sized portions, place on lined baking sheet, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
