Tuna Carrot Rolls
This sandwich can be made with any meat: canned ham, salmon, chicken, or even leftover diced roast beef.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 (12-ounce) can light tuna, drained
1 cup shredded carrots
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
4 leaves butter lettuce
4 Cheese Hoagie Buns
1. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, and basil. Add tuna, carrots, and avocado.
2. Make sandwiches using the butter lettuce and split hoagie buns. Serve immediately.
