YOU TRY IT! Make Your Own “UFO” Video

WHAT YOU NEED

  1. A toy spaceship
  2. Invisible thread
  3. A camera
  4. Proximity to a parking lot

WHAT TO DO

  1. Set up the camera so you can see lots of cars in the parking lot.
  2. Tie the toy spaceship to the end of the thread and hang it close to the camera so it looks huge and is hovering over the cars. Make sure the toy is at the top of the image so less thread shows.
  3. Take several photos until you get one that looks real.
  4. Post it online and see if people can guess how you got the photo to look real.

Remember: Don’t try to fool the experts. Always post a follow-up shot revealing your trick and how you did it. Don’t let anyone take you seriously.
