By the time this book is printed some colours may have been discontinued, but John Lewis department stores stock Rowan, and will happily suggest alternative colours. We recommend using 100 per cent polyester or kapok stuffing, available from craft shops and online retailers. A pet takes 15g–40g (½–1½oz) of stuffing, depending on size. We are selling knitting kits for some of the pets. The kits are packaged in a Best In Show knitting bag and contain yarn, all needles required, stuffing, pipecleaners and a pattern.
