When previewing a recipe book, I like to be able to view the recipes, rather than the whole ‘preview’ being the introduction or guide. Before we get into the ketogenic guide, below is an example recipe.
These recipes have been created to be:
- Ketogenic – It goes without saying, all the recipes are low carb (majority less than 10 g and all under 20 g per serving).
- Easy to find ingredients – Most ingredients are easy to find at a local store (rather than using exotic ingredients from the ends of the earth).
- Easy to make – All recipes take less than 25 mins preparation time.
- Easy to follow – All the ingredients are listed with the exact quantities and step by step instructions.
- Easily assimilated into the diet – All have specific nutritional information per serving.
