Sadhana Smiles is the CEO of Harcourts Group Victoria, a sought-after speaker, author, industry commentator and founder of Links Fiji. She is the 2013 Victorian Telstra Business Woman and in 2016 was named one of 100 Women of Influence in Australia. She is a corporate activist and a contemporary feminist.
