James Mitchell Crow is a science writer based in Melbourne, Australia. James grew up in England. As part of his science degree at Sussex University, he spent a year on exchange in Canada – where he met Clare, a Melburnian. A week after graduating, James moved to Australia. After completing his PhD, James commenced his science writing career with the Royal Society of Chemistry, then with New Scientist in London, before joining Australia’s COSMOS magazine as deputy editor. Since 2016 James has written freelance.
