Layne Beachley AO is widely regarded as the most successful female surfer in history, having claimed an unprecedented six consecutive world titles (1998–2003) and a seventh world title in 2006. Since retiring from the pro tour in 2008, Layne has been awarded with an Officer of the Order of Australia and appointed Chairperson of Surfing Australia. Layne is also the proud Founder and Director of her own charity, Layne Beachley Aim For The Stars Foundation.
