This year Ruchi Umargamwala joined the Alannah & Madeline Foundation as ‘CEO for the Day’ to experience the life of a CEO in the Australian not-for-profit sector. Academic Captain of St. Monica’s College, Epping, Ruchi loves dance, music and origami. She is an avid reader and believes the word ‘nerd’ is in fact a huge compliment. She hopes to pursue a career in biomedical research.
