Bold Bitch Guide for Dating and Defense
Hey bitches,
For those of you who celebrate… Happy Hanukkah!
If you have been following along on this blog, you know that I recently used a dating app to find my Mr. Right. If you’ve been keeping up on our shenanigans, a.k.a., dates, you’ll have watched our decent into madness, I mean love. Wink emoticon.
I have some Bold Bitch news for you all…
We got engaged last night. I hope you enjoy the picture of the ring. I forgot to look at it for thirty minutes after he slipped it on my finger. What can I say, I was distracted by my sexy fiancé. That word sounds so crazy, but it’s true.
Some of you may be wondering what will happen with this blog. I know I would. Well, actually I did. Then I realized three things.
- I have only ever scratched the surface on all my wacky dating stories. I have reserves for years, and I’ll be sharing them all with you. More importantly, though…
- People in committed relationships need to remember to keep dating each other, to allow the initial flame that brought them together to continue to burn throughout their lives. I plan to share tips and tricks on how to keep dating your significant other. And…
- Self-defense and kicking ass will never go out of style, bitches.
In honor of foolish, fast, but undeniable love, my advice today is to keep your heart open and seize opportunities to try, because you never know what path brings you together with the person you could love and be loved by. And when you do find that person, hang on and enjoy the ride.
My Hanukkah miracle was finding and falling in love with my man in eight dates (not to mention getting engaged a few weeks later). But miracles can’t happen if you don’t put in the effort to try.
Stay Bold.
Rae
