Sauce or dip: you choose! When the family complains yet again about eating plain steamed veggies, this is the perfect thing to drown them in.

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the heavy cream, cheese, chiles, cumin, onion powder, and salt and cook, stirring often, until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Notes

Water can be added to thin out the dip if needed.
