Another classic dressing you can easily make at home. This flavorful vinaigrette is the perfect balance of subtly sweet and tart.

Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to a blender and blend until well combined. Transfer to an airtight container. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Allow to come to room temperature before using.

Notes

Best if allowed to sit for an hour before using to infuse the flavors.
