Combine the milk, ice, strawberries, cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, 15 to 30 seconds. Pour in to a tall glass.
Notes
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Adding collagen or whey protein can turn this shake into a light meal.

Pour the fruit mixture into 2-quart pitcher. Stir in 5 cups water and the stevia. Add ice to fill the pitcher. Serve cold.
