When it’s time to impress family and friends, we serve barbecue chicken garnished with strawberries. It’s easier than anyone would ever guess.

2 tablespoons canola oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Remove from pan. In same pan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir for 1 minute or until tender.
2. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and honey. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-6 minutes or until thickened. Return the chicken to pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165°. Stir in strawberries.
