I’ve now shown the hows, whats, and whys of the magic, but there are two more things to cover. The first is repetition; occasions will occur when you will have to cast a spell several times, such as every night for a week leading up to the full moon, in order for your desire to manifest. Needing to repeat a spell doesn’t mean that you did it wrong the first time or that you don’t have enough power. There can be many reasons why you would need to repeat a spell. Sometimes when you are working for a large-scale intention, many probabilities and situations need to be altered in order for your goal to reach fruition. Spells work by using radiant life energy charged with intent, so the more energy you send out, the larger a goal you can work toward. This level of magic is difficult even for a group of people, especially if the spell is only cast once. Repetition creates a stronger current of energy that continually feeds your goal over a long period of time, which can be ideal in cases of healing work or binding spells.
The other thing to remember is the need for mundane effort. You can cast a powerful spell to gain employment, but if you never take the steps to find a new job, it is highly unlikely that you will have one fall in your lap. Magic helps change us and the world around us. If we don’t make a mundane effort to connect to the world around us, we won’t be involved in the change; even though our magic can create opportunity, we can’t claim it if we’re not tapped into it. That being said, let me assure you that with a bit of training, magic, and effort, your goals can be realized in amazing ways. Mundane effort is not necessary or even possible in the fulfillment of certain spells. I’ve used magic to get someone to communicate with me, to ease pain, etc. In those types of cases, mundane efforts were not possible or needed. Magic works all by itself, but effort speeds your success.
I hope that you have found the training and magic in this book both useful and enjoyable. Living a magical life is a wonderful journey and all of your efforts in training will be rewarding. Magical ability and spiritual understanding are your birthright, but with power comes responsibility and consequence. Your actions affect those around you. Treat all creatures with respect and try to live in balance. Strive for harmony and remember that inner peace is derived from the love and security found within—not from outside influences or peer approval—and that inner peace, love, and security are the most important things in life.
