MAKES 1 (9 × 9-INCH) CAKE
Cinnamon Roll Dump Cake is the ideal sweet treat for a brunch or holiday breakfast and is best served while warm. It is so easy you can put it in the oven even on the busiest morning while you are getting ready for your day, then you can share a warm treat with your family and friends.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 × 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange the cinnamon rolls evenly in the prepared pan with the dark cinnamon side facing up.
Sprinkle the muffin mix evenly over the rolls. (Reserve the streusel package from the muffin mix.) Drizzle the coffee creamer evenly over the muffin mix. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top. Sprinkle the reserved streusel mix evenly over the top.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the cake is set and golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Put the frosting from the cinnamon rolls into a small plastic zip-top bag; clip the corner. Drizzle the frosting over the cake. Serve warm.
tip: Use your favorite flavor of liquid coffee creamer in this recipe or substitute half-and-half for the coffee creamer.
