Cauliflower Frittata

It's about time to try some cauliflower frittata on the menu and make it taste more diverse in flavors. Serve warm with your favorite herbs on top.
Ingredients (6 servings)
1 small head of a cauliflower
4 eggs
¼ cup of milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower head into florets and place them in a cooking pot. Pour the water to cover the florets and cover to cook for 5 minutes, then drain. Mix the eggs with milk in a bowl, then stir the nutmeg, black pepper and salt in. Drain the cauliflower florets and place them in a bowl. Mash them with a fork and fold in the eggs, milk, black pepper, salt, nutmeg and cheddar cheese, then mix well. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch cast-iron skillet with oil and place it over medium heat. Spread the mixture in the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then bake for 10 minutes. Slice into wedges and serve.
