Ingredients (6 servings)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of Vegeta or similar spice mix
1 teaspoon of paprika, heaping
1 small yellow onion
1 yellow pepper
1 medium-sized tomato
½ cup of water
Preparation
Sauté the onions with oil in a pan for 10 minutes, then add the yellow peppers and sauté for 10 minutes. Stir the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients in and sauté for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
