Ingredients (6 servings)
1 pound of ground beef chuck
1 pound of lean ground lamb
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
½ cup of onions, finely chopped
1 ½ teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
Preparation
Mix the beef and lamb, garlic, onions, salt and paprika in a bowl and cover to refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Preheat and grease the grill about 15 minutes before cooking. Make six flat patties out of the meat mix and press them into 9 inch diameters. Grill each flat patty for 7 minutes per side in the preheated grill. Serve warm.
