INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
11/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
DIRECTIONS
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Step 2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
Step 3. Coat the chicken with the olive oil and sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the chicken.
Step 4. Bake for about 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. A meat thermometer should read 165°F when the chicken is done.
