Sesame Bok Choy

INGREDIENTS

1 pound bok choy, chopped in strips

1 medium red bell pepper, sliced

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

Step 1. Add the bok choy and bell pepper to a steamer basket with water in a stainless-steel skillet.

Step 2. Cover and steam for 3 minutes, then remove from the steamer and top with the sesame seeds.
