NO GUY WANTS TO ADMIT that his lady is faking an orgasm. They always say they’d be able to tell if she was. After all, admitting that she might not reach climax even if she acts like she does is a big blow to the male ego. You want to feel that you’re pleasing your woman, so why would she fake it, right?
The truth is, a lot of women fake orgasms. While it’s not a very nice thing to do, many times there’s nothing mean or manipulative behind it. Sometimes she might have trouble reaching climax and isn’t sure how to tell you, or she may be too tired for sex but still wants to please you.
But how can you tell if she’s faking the big O? While one of these clues on their own isn’t cause for worry, if you do suspect that she’s not really reaching sexual release you may want to calmly and openly talk to her about it.
1. Is her breathing heavy? Intercourse and receiving oral sex take a lot of energy and the closer she reaches orgasm the quicker her breathing will become. Once she does come she should be breathing heavy and her heart will be racing.
2. Is she emotional? This trait may not carry through to all women, but most women become more emotional after they have an orgasm. She may cry, sigh, or simply want to hold you close and be affectionate.
3. Ask her! This might be hard to do, but you’ll probably catch her off guard if you ask since it will be difficult for her to cover up her lie. You can tell she’s lying if she stammers, gets defensive, questions you about why you’re asking, or blushes.
Pay attention to her eyes. If she can’t make eye contact when you ask her then she’s probably lying. Ask her how it felt and see where her eyes move. If she looks up and to her right she’s accessing her memories and telling the truth. If she looks up and to her left this is the creative side of the brain and she’s making things up so she won’t hurt your feelings.
4. Is she tired? If she’s faking an orgasm she won’t be as tired afterward. You expend a lot of energy after climax and most women will feel relaxed and ultimately fall asleep. If she’s wide awake, then she could be faking it.
5. Is she tense? Right before a person reaches orgasm their muscles will contract and tense up. This is very hard to control and fake. If she seems a little too relaxed at the moment of release, then it could be a bad sign.
Also, if you’re giving her oral sex and she seems to be approaching orgasm, insert one or two fingers into her vagina. When she comes you should feel her vaginal muscles contract and release.
One or two of these signs may not be anything to worry about. However, if your lady claims she’s reaching orgasm but she seems guilty of several of the above “faking it” indicators then you may want to talk to her about it.
