Superfoods Crockpot Dump Meals

Overnight Cocoa Oatmeal Breakfast
Serves 4 - Allergies: SF, GF, NF
•  1 1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
•  1 cup steel cut oatmeal
• 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
•  1 tsp. of ground flax seeds
• 4 Tbsp. lucuma powder
•  1 tsp. of sunflower seeds
•  A dash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg
•  Half of the tsp. of cocoa
Oil slow cooker dish. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir and put in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir before serving.
