Marshmallow Frosting

MAKES ABOUT 1½ CUPS

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar

1 (7½-ounce) jar marshmallow creme

1 tablespoon whole milk

In a large bowl using a handheld mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until creamy. Add the confectioners’ sugar, marshmallow creme, and milk and beat on medium to medium-high speed until frosting is smooth, creamy, and a nice spreading consistency.
